Promoting the equal distribution of resources, empowerment, and advocacy

Drawing from the trend of events in our society in the recent years, IHR framed social justice in three parts that included promoting the equal distribution of resources, empowerment, and advocacy. In this regard, social justice means promoting the "distribution of advantages to be fair and equitable to all, regardless of race, gender, ability, status, sexual orientation, physical makeup, or religious creed" This will serve as the foundation for our understanding of social justice as we begin reflecting upon the degree to which we provide information and education to affected individuals or groups.
